Do my users need to install anything?

What happens with critical bugs like payment failures?
Issues involving payments, authentication, data loss, or crashes are escalated immediately. You get an email within seconds. Less critical issues wait for confirmation from additional reporters before escalating, reducing noise.
Does GetSorted handle feedback and feature requests too?
Yes. GetSorted classifies every message as a bug, suggestion, feature request, compliment, or noise. Suggestions and feature requests are deduplicated and compiled into digest emails so you can see what your users want most. Compliments are tracked too, because your team deserves to hear the good stuff.
Can GetSorted fix bugs automatically?
GetSorted can connect to AI coding agents to generate fix proposals as pull requests. By default, a human reviews and approves before anything is merged. This feature is available on Pro and Agency plans and is rolling out in stages.
Is user data safe?
Phone numbers and email addresses are hashed before storage. We never store raw contact information. All handoff payloads are cryptographically signed. Raw message bodies are auto-deleted after a configurable retention period. Workspace data is fully isolated between customers.
Can I use my own domain for email intake?
Yes. Each workspace gets a unique GetSorted email address. Set up a simple email forwarding rule from feedback@yourdomain.com to your GetSorted address. Takes about 2 minutes in your email provider, no DNS changes needed.
How is this different from Canny, Linear, or Jira?
Those tools require users to go somewhere new and create an account. GetSorted meets users where they already are.
