GetSorted ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Sunya LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services at getsorted.dev and related products.

1. Information We Collect

From workspace owners: When you create a workspace, we collect your email address and workspace configuration preferences. If you sign up through our landing page, we collect your name, product name, email, and WhatsApp number.

From end users (reporters): When users report bugs or share feedback through WhatsApp, email, or our web widget, we process the message content. Phone numbers and email addresses are hashed using HMAC-SHA256 before storage. We do not store raw contact information for reporters.

Automatically collected: Our web widget captures browser type, operating system, and the page URL where the report was submitted. This helps developers reproduce bugs. No cookies or tracking pixels are used.

2. How We Use Information

To classify, deduplicate, and triage bug reports and feedback
To send escalation emails and digest summaries to workspace owners
To send magic link authentication emails
To improve the accuracy of our AI classification and deduplication systems
To respond to your inquiries and provide support

3. AI Processing

We use AI services (Anthropic Claude API and Cloudflare Workers AI) to classify messages, normalize bug reports, generate embeddings for deduplication, and ask clarifying questions. Message content is sent to these services for processing but is not used to train their models. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled on all tables. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Handoff payloads are cryptographically signed using HMAC-SHA256. Phone numbers and email addresses from reporters are hashed before storage and cannot be reversed.

5. Data Retention

Raw message content is retained for the duration of your workspace subscription. Hashed reporter identifiers are retained for deduplication purposes. You may request deletion of your workspace data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate GetSorted:

Cloudflare: Hosting, Workers runtime, AI embeddings, email routing
Supabase: Database storage
Anthropic: AI message classification and analysis
Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API): WhatsApp messaging
Resend: Transactional email delivery

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Workspace owners can update their settings through the dashboard or by contacting us. To exercise your rights, email us at hello@getsorted.dev.

8. Children's Privacy

GetSorted is not intended for use by individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify workspace owners by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
