Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetSorted, operated by Sunya LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By using GetSorted, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

GetSorted is an AI-powered bug resolution and feedback triage platform. It receives bug reports and feedback from end users via WhatsApp, email, and web widget, then classifies, deduplicates, and escalates them to workspace owners.

2. Accounts and Workspaces

To use GetSorted, you must create a workspace and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use GetSorted to process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
Attempt to manipulate, spam, or abuse the AI classification or deduplication systems
Use the service to collect personal information from reporters beyond what is necessary for bug resolution
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service
Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content submitted to your workspace, including bug reports, feedback, and suggestions from your users. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the service as described.

5. AI-Generated Content

GetSorted uses AI to classify messages, normalize bug reports, and generate fix proposals. AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated fix proposals before merging them into your codebase. We are not liable for issues arising from AI-generated code that you choose to deploy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions.

7. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is per workspace, not per user. Current pricing is published on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers. Fair use policies apply to prevent abuse. We use soft throttling rather than hard caps.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your workspace will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunya LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GetSorted. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunya LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify workspace owners by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
